General Usage:
DINGIT.com is to be used by users and body shop owners or their assignees in order to facilitate and communication and flow of information and in order to help parties find a match with respect to repairing auto body damage. The Site is intended solely for personal non-commercial use. The usage of DINGIT requires the users to submit some photos, personal information and your vehicle information. Submission can be done via the Site, or by any other electronic means including but not limited to email. By submitting this material you grant to DINGIT (including its business partners, affiliates, subsidiaries,) the right to download, copy, print, distribute, display, publish in any media, by any means and for any purpose that is in line with the services offered by DINGIT, as well as for marketing purposes as long as your personal identifying details are not used. DINGIT has no obligation to pay you any royalties, compensation, or any other form of money for any material that you submitted and that was used by DINGIT as described herein. All materials submitted are the property of DINGIT. You agree that DINGIT may use information about you (excluding identifying information as stipulated in DINGIT's Privacy Policy) for marketing or to further allow DINGIT to continue is product and service development

Email right:
By using DINGIT you agree that Company, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, providers, or any other business partners may send you electronic mail for the purpose of the DINGIT service as well as for the purpose of advising you of updates to this Site, providing you with information on DINGIT products or for such other purpose as DINGIT deems appropriate.

Declaration of Ownership:
You agree that you are responsible for the content of any material submitted by you, and by using DINGIT's services you declare and warrant that you own all of the rights of the submitted material and that no use of such material by DINGIT will infringe or violate any rights of any third party. In case DINGIT is subject to any law suit or any other lose by a third party that is a direct or indirect result of the material that you posted and submitted to DINGIT, then you will indemnify DINGIT, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, employees, and other business partners, for all such loses, including legal and other expert and professional fees incurred by DINGIT in relation to its defense in that matter.

Limitation of Liability:
DINGIT is not a provider but a market place for car owner and body auto body shops. Apart from facilitating as a convenient means to find your business counterpart, DINGIT is not providing any other services. DINGIT has no realistic means to verify the authentication, background, and other professional facts of the users, and their good faith to get into an honest and truthful interaction and transaction. Therefore, in no event DINGIT.COM, or for that matter, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, or employees be liable under contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of business goodwill, lost profits, loss of data, lost of information and lose of opportunity arising from connection with using of the, services, products, and materials made available by DINGIT, or the inability to use these services or information, and regardless of whether or not DINGIT has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. This limitation of liability also applies to any third party company or link that is on the DINGIT website. DINGIT is responsible and not liable for any content or any viruses, or any other computer harming software that might exist on any of these third party companies referred to from the DINGIT website, and the user understand that DINGIT is not recommending any of these other websites or companies.

Copyrights:
Any Content submitted to DINGIT becomes property of DINGIT, com. You may only print or download personal non-commercial, with the agreement to not change it such that Company's copyrights are not affected. Apart from personal content, you may not download, sell, copy, reproduce, use publicly, distribute, modify, edit or exploit by any other means for any purposes unless expressly authorized by DINGIT.Com Wthout such authorization, any such use is expressly permitted. DINGIT Trademarks. logos, designs, All names, marks, brands, and the like are owned by DINGIT. You may not remove, alter, or use any of these marks without the prior, written authorization in writing from DINGIT.com, except to identify Company's products or services in a manner that is not misleading or untruthful.

Right to Refusal:
DINGIT reserves the right to reject decline, and otherwise not post of use any of the material you submitted or posted without any prior notice. Moreover, even once posted, DINGIT has the right to remove your post from the Site and block your DINGIT account for any further access or use. You represent that in such case, you will not have any claim against DINGIT as stipulated in the Limitation of Liability clause above, and in this TOS in general

Disclaimer of Warranties:
DINGIT.com and its content are provided "as is" for your use and are provided without any expressed or implied warranties for suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. DINGIT does not guarantee or warrant that all content is correct, up to date, or accurate. While DINGIT will make any effort to provide a Site or other means that are free of errors and defects, due to the nature or software programs, DINGIT cannot make any guarantee that its site does not include defects, errors or, viruses or other harmful components. DINGIT will make any effort to resolve any such issue in a timely manner. You will have to take any precautions to prevent and avoid any damage to your computer(s) including, but not limited to Anti Virus programs. You shall not hold DINGIT responsible to any damage caused to you due to such computer error or viruses and you will assume responsibility for all the costs that you incurred as a to repair and service your computer or other equipment you use in connection with your use of DINIT.

Body Shop Work:
We hope that DINGIT helps you find the right auto body shop for you. It is you and you alone who chooses the body shop, and DINGIT is not making any expressed or implied recommendation to use any service provider. DINGIT by no means is responsible for any work performed by the auto body shop you choose. While DINGIT makes an effort to screen the body shop on its network, and to remove body shops that do not meet DINGIT's standards, DINGIT has no guarantee accuracy of the estimate the body shops provide, to the quality of the auto body shop, the quality of the work and service. It is the users ultimate responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the estimated provided as well and the background and quality of the body shop prior to taking their car to that body shop. You agree any dispute or disagreement between you and the body shop related to the service you received through DINGIT will be resolved between yourself an the body shop alone and DINGIT will not be any side to such dispute

Disputes:
Any dispute about DINGIT services or the use of its site or service first will genuinely be attempted to be resolved directly with DINGIT representatives. If such efforts fail, there will be an attempt to resolve the dispute via arbitration in the State of California, and subject to the law in California. If all such efforts fail, then any dispute will be resolved and subject to the laws of the State of California, and it shall be resolved exclusively by California's state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
